Learn About Our Menu

  • Coffee is a fruit grown around the world that requires care and intentionality in cultivating, harvesting, roasting, and in its final presentation. As baristas, we are honored to perform the final role in the supply chain - brewing and presenting coffees for your enjoyment.

  • Espresso is a concentrated representation of the qualities present in "drip" or "filter" preparations. Adding high pressure as a variable in the process allows for full extraction using significantly less water, which results in a much higher measurable strength. In the cup, subtle nuances and flavors are amplified and intensified. Espresso is a wonderful tasting experience by itself, and also serves as the base for our Cappuccino and Lattes.

  • Tea has a long and robust tradition that spans thousands of years. We have a deep appreciation for that history and culture and are proud to offer a variety of exceptional teas from around the world.

  • Every scratch-made baked good on our menu is crafted locally intentionally for your enjoyment by Elly Unruh. Pairing one of her tasty treats with Coffee or Tea only elevates your experience of both.

  • We offer a variety of drinks that we rotate on tap including kombucha, nitro tea, flash brewed coffee, as well as sparkling water.
